1. Product Introduction


TC oil seal is a double-lip, spring-loaded, fully rubber-covered radial shaft seal (compliant with ISO 6194 / GB/T 13871). It is the most widely used rotary sealing component in the global market, responsible for retaining lubricating oil/grease and preventing the intrusion of dust, water, mud and other contaminants. This NBR-based standard TC seal is designed for medium working conditions, with excellent cost-performance, stable quality and wide compatibility, suitable for mass OEM supply and global aftermarket replacement.

2. Structural Features 


Full rubber-coated metal skeleton: High-strength carbon steel insert, fully wrapped by rubber, no metal exposure, anti-corrosion, stable outer diameter interference fit, no damage to the housing bore.

  • Double lip design: Main sealing lip + auxiliary dust lip, forming a labyrinth effect, effectively isolating internal oil and external dirt.
  • Self-tightening garter spring: Provides continuous radial pressure, adapts to shaft eccentricity and wear, maintains long-term sealing performance.
  • Precision lip geometry: Optimized lip angle to form a stable micro oil film, reduce friction heat and wear, extend service life.
